Any business in your first year of trading, or opening within the next six months, whether you are a sole trader, a partnership or a limited company. If you are opening soon, we can build the site before you open. ### How much does it cost? £0 to build the site. Then, for the first 12 months, Site & Hosting is £25 a month, Local is £59 a month and Complete SEO is £235 a month. After that they go to the standard £29, £69 and £250 a month. In year one that is £300 on Site & Hosting, £708 on Local and £2,820 on Complete SEO. Renting normally, with the £299 setup, the same year costs £647, £1,127 and £3,299. Extra changes are £30 per 30 minutes. No VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay. Limited to 10 new businesses before 31 December 2026. ### Which plans does the offer cover? All three monthly plans: Site & Hosting, Local and Complete SEO. Each has no setup fee and a first-year price for the first 12 months, then the standard price. ### Why is there a 12-month first term? We build the site with no setup fee (a Pay Monthly Website setup is normally £299), so we ask you to stay on the plan for the first 12 months at the first-year price. If you leave during that time, the rest of your first-year payments are still due, or you can buy the site out for £750 instead. After that the price goes to the standard £29, £69 and £250 a month, the buy-out to £550, and the plan runs month to month with 30 days' notice, like every Pay Monthly Website. ### Do I own the website? Your domain, the content and photos you supply, and your Google Business Profile are yours from day one. The site itself is rented while you are on the plan, as on every Pay Monthly Website, and the code, the content we wrote and images we created stay ours. Buy it out for £750 during your first 12 months, or £550 after that, and the site, its code and the content we wrote for it become yours. Stock images stay covered by their licence for use on that site. ### What counts as a change? A change is a small edit, like updating your prices, swapping a photo or changing your opening hours. Most take under 30 minutes. Local and Complete SEO include change time each month (30 and 60 minutes); beyond that, and on Site & Hosting, it is £30 per 30 minutes. Fixes to anything we built are free. New pages are £75 each, one-off, and new features are quoted first. Want to make changes yourself? Choose a site you own with an editor: a Standard build has a blog or news page you edit yourself, and a Growth build has a CMS for editing the whole site. Editing it yourself costs nothing. ### Can I change plan in the first year? Yes, you can move up to a bigger plan at any time. If the business grows faster than the site, we will tell you when it is time for something bigger. ### What if I need more than 4 pages or an online shop? Extra pages are £75 each, one-off, paid up front, and become part of your rented site. For an online shop or a much bigger site, a one-off build is probably the better fit, from £750.
