What the £299 setup actually builds
The setup fee covers a brochure site of up to about five pages: typically home, services, about, contact, and one more that matters for your business, such as prices, a gallery or your service area. That is deliberately the size most local businesses actually need. It is built to the same standard as everything else we ship: hand-coded for speed, passing Google's Core Web Vitals, accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA, with local SEO foundations in place from day one.
So how does that compare to buying a build outright? The closest owned-outright equivalent is our £750 Starter site: much the same 5 to 8 page scope, hand-coded to the same standard, except you own it rather than rent it. Put another way, £750 up front is roughly this £299 setup plus £15 a month over about two and a half years, so the real question is whether you would rather own it outright or spread it with the All-In Plan. Step up from there and a bespoke Growth build (from £3,500) buys custom design from a blank sheet, more pages, and whatever functionality your business model needs: e-commerce, a booking system, a CMS your team edits themselves, CRM integration. The All-In site uses a proven structure that we tailor to your brand, your copy and your town, which is exactly why we can build it for £299 and run it for a monthly fee instead of quoting four figures up front.
The two routes also meet in the middle. Some clients start on the All-In Plan, let the site prove it earns enquiries, and commission a bespoke build later; nothing locks you in while you decide, because there is no minimum term and the site is yours either way. Questions about the All-In Plan
What is the All-In Plan?
It is a family of managed website plans that replace buying a website, hosting, local SEO and a care plan separately. We build your site, then keep it live and, depending on the tier you pick, secure, ranking and reported on every month.
How much does it cost?
A £299 one-off setup fee to build your site, then a monthly plan from £15 for hosting only (a summer offer, standard price £29/mo from 1 October 2026), £50 for hosting and local SEO, £129 for the fully all-in plan with missed-call text-back, reviews and reporting, or £250 for Complete SEO with AI SEO, ongoing content and technical SEO work on top. Those are the standard prices for a single-location business, multi-location businesses are quoted separately after a free call.
Is there a long contract?
No. Every tier runs month to month with no minimum term. You can cancel any time, and you keep the site files and content either way.
How is this different from just buying a website?
A one-off website purchase gets you a live site and then you are on your own for hosting, updates and SEO. Every All-In Plan tier bundles at least hosting and security into one predictable monthly cost, with us actively managing it rather than leaving it to go stale.
What happens when a customer calls and I miss it?
On the All-In and Complete SEO tiers, they get an automatic text within seconds letting them know you will call back, so the enquiry does not go to a competitor while you are on a job.
What is AI SEO and do I need it?
AI SEO is making your site easy for tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to understand and cite, not just Google search. It is included on the Complete SEO tier. Most local businesses do fine on All-In, but if a lot of your enquiries come from people asking an AI assistant for a recommendation, Complete SEO is worth it.
Can I upgrade tiers later?
Yes. Start on Hosting or Local Growth and move up to All-In or Complete SEO, or add a full CRM with booking and pipeline tracking, whenever your business is ready for it.
