We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay.

Only how you pay for the build and who owns the site. Rent it as a Pay Monthly Website for £299 up front and we build a site of up to 4 pages, then host and look after it while you are on the plan. Own it with a one-off build from £750 and the site, its code and the content we wrote for it are yours the day you pay. The monthly plans are the same either way; owners of a hand-coded site we built pay no setup fee. A WordPress or other CMS site goes on a care plan.

Yes, any time, for £550. Renting then buying out costs £849 (the £299 setup plus the £550 buy-out), while a Starter site bought outright starts at £750, so if you already know you want to own it, buying up front costs less. On websites for new businesses, the buy-out is £750 during the first 12-month term and £550 after it. The site, its code and the content we wrote for it are then yours outright, to keep on one of our monthly plans or to host anywhere else. Stock images stay covered by their licence for use on that site. Your domain, the content and photos you supply, and your Google Business Profile are yours from day one either way.

No. The monthly plans run month to month with 30 days' notice, and care plans have no minimum term either. The one exception is websites for new businesses: no setup fee, in return for a 12-month first term at a first-year price, from £25 a month.

If you cancel and do not buy the site out, we switch off the website and any email we host for you at the end of your notice period. Your domain, the content and photos you supply, and your Google Business Profile stay yours, and we will help you move your email and domain before anything is switched off.

Yes, on a Pay Monthly Website. Each Pay Monthly Website includes one email mailbox with 1 GB of storage at no extra cost. A 5 GB mailbox is £19.99 a year. Care plans for sites built elsewhere do not include email. If you would rather keep your email somewhere else, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, that works too.

A change is a small edit, like updating your prices, swapping a photo or changing your opening hours. Most take under 30 minutes. Local and Complete SEO include change time each month (30 and 60 minutes); beyond that, and on Site & Hosting, it is £30 per 30 minutes. Fixes to anything we built are free. New pages are £75 each, one-off, and new features are quoted first. Want to make changes yourself? Choose a site you own with an editor: a Standard build has a blog or news page you edit yourself, and a Growth build has a CMS for editing the whole site. Editing it yourself costs nothing.

No. Booking systems are quoted separately, on top of the website. We can connect the one you already use or build one, as we did for Pilates with Valerie. We quote it after a chat about how you take bookings now.

No. Site & Hosting, Local and Complete SEO are for the hand-coded sites we build on our own platform. Any site built on WordPress or another CMS, whether we built it or not, goes on a care plan: Essentials at £75 a month with 30 minutes of changes, or Proactive at £125 a month with 60 minutes of changes. SEO & AI Search works on any site.

Because a WordPress or other CMS site, whoever built it, needs its CMS, themes and plugins updated and secured every month. The sites we hand-code on our own platform need far less upkeep, which is why Site & Hosting costs £29 a month.

The SEO work is the same, and AI search is part of it. SEO & AI Search is £250 a month on a site you already have, whoever built it. Complete SEO is £250 a month on a Pay Monthly Website, and it also covers the site, hosting, your Google Business Profile, review requests and 60 minutes of changes a month.

Yes. The monthly prices are for a single-location business; businesses with more locations are quoted separately. Build prices are fixed after a free 30-minute call, so you know the number before we start.
